Meets in Bedford town centre, just off Midland Road. We are a small, friendly church and run a range of activities throughout the week.
Whether you are looking for a place, during the week, to bring your toddler to and meet other mums, somewhere to worship on a Sunday morning or somewhere you can learn more about your creator God you are most welcome. Just use this site to find out what's happening and come along.
We are an independent church which maintains friendship with other local churches. We work together with other Churches across the town in proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ and in worshipping together periodically. Our membership is made up of Christians from various cultures and backgrounds. It is our prayer that we will be "a house of prayer for all nations". Mark 11:17. To this end we welcome people of all backgrounds to join us in worship.
We are also members of Partnership UK, a network of churches of largelyBrethren background, who seek to support and encourage one another. And members of the Evangelical Alliance, which seeks to provide a Christian voice to the nation on behalf of evangelical Christians.
For more detailed information on what's happening at our church have a look at our calendar or feel free to contact us at anytime.
Mission is at the heart of the Christian faith – a mission to let others know the great joy that is found in a living, personal friendship with God through Jesus Christ – a mission to work for good in our communities.
We have spent a month thinking about mission in our teaching programme and over the coming weeks and months we will be exploring fresh ways of putting it into action!
If you wonder how on earth you can possibly know God for yourself we’d love to help you find out! Feel free to contact us.
You might like to think about coming on our Y course in the Autumn – an opportunity to explore the big questions about life, about God, about whether there is more to life than what we see in in our goldfish bowl! Enjoy a good meal, a stimulating short DVD chat show clip and then opportunity to discuss, chat and explore the big questions (and the little ones too!!) Contact us for more details.
For Seniors, some new activities are coming up too – carpet bowls, Time Out afternoons.
Of course one of the best ways to find out more about God is to come along to our Sunday worship ‘Worship for all’ – a relaxed time when we come together to meet with God, to worship him and to receive teaching from his Word, the Bible. Refreshments served after the service with opportunity to chat and get to know folk.
Another great way to find out more about God is to come to one of our cell groups where we meet to build community and grow in living out our lives with God
